According to TMZ, AEG Live did not find out about Beyonce's pregnancy until it came out in the world like a wrecking ball.
Their sources say that Goldenvoice isn't sharing any details as of right now but since Bey had to be on bed rest with Blue Ivy, but other sources say she's still going to attempt to perform.
Though Cochella wouldn't have any issue finding a replacement headliner, chances are that many of the ticketholders were there to see Beyonce.

A good joke about it though? TMZ writers say their sources laugh and say "The show will go on. She'll just borrow Dave Grohl's big chair." The lead singer of the Foo Fighters had to perform in a throne of sorts, and then let Axl Rose from Guns 'N' Roses borrow it as well when he was injured.
