A woman in Tennessee was involved in a police chase this summer after her boyfriend stole a car, so she called 911... but only to try to get reward money for turning him in. The guy was arrested a few months ago...and SHE was just arrested for harboring a fugitive and hindering arrest.
D Bag Of The Day: A Woman Calls the Cops on Her Boyfriend...to try to get the reward money The Gello Show
There HAVE to be easier ways to break up with someone than this.
A 38-year-old guy named Chance Mongeon stole a 2017 Dodge Challenger from a rental car parking lot at Nashville International Airport in Tennessee back in July.
He and his girlfriend, a 38-year-old woman named Cristy Caldwell, jumped in the car and took off. And because the Challenger is FAST, he was able to get away from the cops who were chasing him.
But that's right around when Cristy called 911 from inside the car . . . to try to turn in her boyfriend to get some reward money.
The dispatcher told her there wasn't any reward money, but she wouldn't give him up without it, and they got away.
The cops investigated, and they found Chance and arrested him on several charges back in August. And last week, they also arrested Cristy for attempting to harbor a fugitive and hindering arrest.
There's no word if she and Chance are still together, but you'd HAVE to think they're not.
