Michigan Representative John Conyers Resigns Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Conyers announced his "retirement" in a bizarre, rambling interview with radio host Mildred Gaddis where he also endorsed his son John Conyers III.

Conyers seat will be filled by a special election.

Conyers, who is 88, has continually denied wrongdoing in the matter, but increasing pressure from Democractic leadership like Nancy Pelosi and James Clyburn have forced his retirement.
