Many want to work towards fitness goals but don’t know where to start. The goal of the event is to help you figure out where to start, by introducing participants to multiple styles of exercise. During our Fall Into Fitness day, there will be five trainers conducting 30 minute sessions to help energize our participants! There will be amazing DJ's who bring the beats to make you sweat! There will be ten vendors ready to help you on your wellness journey.
