Michigan’s Health Department Director, Nick Lyon, and 4 others were charged with involuntary manslaughter today relating to the Flint water crisis.  Charges came after 12 people died and 79 more sickened with Legionnaires disease.  The charge carries up to 15 years in prison.

Michigan health chief charged in Flint water probe

Flint - The head of the Michigan health department was charged Wednesday with involuntary manslaughter, the highest-ranking member of Gov. Rick Snyder's administration to be snagged in a criminal investigation of Flint's lead-contaminated water.
