In the first tweet, Carter let fans know that the rapper was okay. An additional tweet warned fans not to believe everything they hear.
Yesterday, we reported that Lil Wayne had been hospitalized after suffering a seizure. He was found
unconscious in a hotel room in Chicago.
According to TMZ, Lil Wayne was staying at the Westin located on Michigan Avenue at the time the incident occurred.
This isn't the first the hip hop artist has suffered a seizure, as he was previously diagnosed with Epilepsy.
