Legal Trouble For Chance The Rapper?

Luckily there's not much that can be done.
Jazz Musician Abdul Wali Muhammad is attempting to sue Chance The Rapper for copyright infringement over a song called "Windows," that was on Chance's 10 Day mixtape, and it sampled Lonnie Liston Smith's song "Bridge Through Time," which had already been filed on in 1979 against Smith.
His request includes that Chance doesn't sell the track anymore, but the funny part is, the track was never for sale in the first place, ergo MIXTAPE. Quite honestly, I don't know if he'll have much of a leg to stand on considering that the track was never for sale, but who knows.
