In the midst of Tyrese Gibson’s custody battle, his ex-wife, Norma, just claimed to the court that Tyrese needs a “mental evaluation” stemming from his recent antics.
Tyrese later put out a video apologizing for the meltdown.
According to TMZ, her attorney, Aleen Khanjian, mentioned in court that a court-appointed evaluator stated that Tyrese has a “mental illness”.
Norma is persistently trying to have a permanent restraining order put into place against Tyrese, and says that he has already violated the temporary order by posting videos about their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla.
We are still waiting to hear if the judge will order a mental evaluation on Tyrese, but it seems pretty likely that it will happen.
