Travis Scott wants to rock the Cactus Jack brand, but World Wrestling Entertainment, aka WWE has something to say about that.

We’ll let WWE Star Seth Rollins speak for the executives:

no no no no

seth rollins says no

No, no, no, no indeed.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark office will have to be the official calling the brawl over the trademark, because Travis Scott’s alter ego, Cactus Jack, was also a name used by wrestler Mick Foley back in the 1980’s.

Foley retired as a wrestler and no longer is on WWE payroll as of last year, but the trademark was still standing as of 2010, according to XXL.

Sorry Travis Scott. I’m gonna side with the WWE on this one – between the two of you in a legal battle, the titan always wins.
