A workshop that debuted at UCLA last year is now moving forward to get more people on board.

Created by Professor Tananarive Due and her husband Steven Barnes, the class called ‘The Sunken Place: Racism, Survival, and Black Horror’ will now be offered as an online course for anyone wishing to apply.

The movie, which has been hailed a winner through tons of reviews has so many facets to study, which is why the course will have six weeks worth of lectures. It does cost a pretty penny, a whopping $348, but you will be able to take part in a virtual screenwriting workshop, says NME.

It also bodes that Jordan Peele attended the course during the original run at UCLA, and is also going to be involved in some way for the new courses.

Not bad, considering the film broke quite a few barriers and now is nominated for 4 Oscars.
