Although Trey was let off the hook after felony assault charges were dropped by the Los Angeles district attorney office, Trey could be charged with a lesser charge of misdemeanor domestic violence.
Andrea Buera has claimed that Songz assaulted her after she had been talking to another man, causing her to suffer from a concussion. Trey has denied all charges.
