TMZ caught up with Trey Songz at STORY nightclub in Miami. The R&B singer was hanging out on Thursday evening during Tory Lanez performance.
Although Trey was let off the hook after felony assault charges were dropped by the Los Angeles district attorney office, Trey could be charged with a lesser charge of misdemeanor domestic violence.
Andrea Buera has claimed that Songz assaulted her after she had been talking to another man, causing her to suffer from a concussion. Trey has denied all charges.
