In 2015, Draion M. Burch filed a trademark on the name "Doctor Drai OB/GYN Media Personality." He claims he's been called Dr. Drai for years. Dr. Dre didn't want that to happen because he thought there would be confusion.
The courts didn't think there would be too much mix-up between the two doctors and dismissed Dre's trademark battle. Dr. Drai, OB/GYN lives on.
