The petition started after photos started circulating earlier this year showing Brown with his hands around a woman's neck.
This week, reports of a lawsuit against Brown emerged. The suit alleges a woman was raped at a party held at Brown's home last year. Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, calls the suit another shakedown attempt against his client.
