Breezy got arrested a couple weeks back after an incident with photographer Bennie Vines at Club Aja took a wrong turn.
Vines says Chris asked him to move from near him at a party, Vines says he moved and tried to tell Chris he was hired to take pictures. Then Vines says Brown approached him and punched him in his upper lip.
Chris is due back in court on October 4, and according to his attorney, he's waived his appearance for that hearing too.
In a situation like this, don't you think Chris should appear in court if he's innocent?
