Weezy announced that he will be releasing the highly anticipated 'Carter V' at midnight on September 27th.
Weezy also will perform on the 'Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' on Oct. 2nd.
It has been over 4 years since Lil Wayne released his last solo project.
