Walmart Changing Black Friday Start Time … Again
Walmart announced its Black Friday plans today. The giant chain stated that they will be opening up even earlier now! The in-store event will now start at 6 PM on Thanksgiving.
They’ve also announced, that each store associate working is going to be given a free dinner, and a 15% discount off an entire basket of goods on a shopping day of their choice, on top of the normal 10% they’re given. Which I guess is good for them, but I can’t help but think that this is too early to be opening even for Black Friday.
Call me crazy, but I think at 6 pm on Thanksgiving, I’m more into the Cowboys playing football on the TV, and spending time with my family than heading to Walmart.
