He handed the teller a note demanding "All The Money" but as the teller began to read the note, the robber stole the note back from her and told her that he just wanted to open an account with the bank!
The teller was smart, and alerted the manager to what the suspect was up to while he was "attempting" to set up an account. When he was confronted by bank staff, the suspect ran out to never be seen again!
An investigation is still on going!
