Are you like me and totally messed up with your New Years Resolution?

Now that we're just over a week into the New Year, how are those resolutions coming along? Have you thrown in the towel already? Perhaps your just like me and need some extra motivation to keep you going.

According to a trio of wellness experts there are lots of reasons why your goals may ail, but you can get back on track with a few techniques.

  1. Don't set too many resolutions because it's easy to become overwhelmed. "Wish I knew this before the New Year"
  2. Avoid influences that can derail you.
  3. Don't continue to do the same thing while expecting a different outcome.

All of these really make since! Instead, understand why your goal is failing, which is the first step to correction. Adding discipline and focus too will help bring success in the new year.
