Scrolling through the internet to find something to talk about for the show tonight. I stumbled upon this little photo from 1945! Aerialist Betty Fox doing some early form of Parkour. LOL!

Instantly my mind went to the people who jump from building to building & just how crazy those people really are. For the record I'll never ever do this, however I will jump off a swing set if you dare me.

In the end, I guess times change and people don't.
