Kelly was supposed to turn himself in to police today since he's being brought up on 10 charges of sexual misconduct. However Drea Kelly his ex-wife also told TMZ that he's in contempt of court in Cook County Illinois, for not keeping up with his child support.
According to TMZ ... "A Cook County judge found R. Kelly in contempt earlier this month -- according to docs obtained by TMZ -- because he owes Drea Kelly $169,996 in support. The court says he was supposed to be paying her $20,833 per month as of January 2009 -- but he's obviously fallen off schedule in the last year."
The old saying when it rains it pours couldn't be more true right now when it comes to R Kelly and his personal life.
