Science says sleeping in a cold room is actually healthier for you ...

To which I'm calling BS! Researchers at a University far far away state that insomnia issues could be cured by sleeping in a colder room? Really? Please tell me how this is done University of Australia. Sleeping in a room lower or at 70 degrees will stop your body from releasing melatonin hormones.

Once we're asleep in total darkness and our body temperature drops, restful sleep can occur. Amazingly another study says that sleeping at an even lower temperature of 66 degrees can lower chances of metabolic diseases like diabetes. So cold sleeping room may equal better health. Who knew.
