Georgia Recognizes Meek Mill With Phoenix Award And ‘Meek Mill Day’
Meek Mill has received another Proclamation.
Yesterday (Mar. 25), he was honored by the state of Georgia declaring March 25th “Meek Mill Day.”

In addition to receiving a day, Mill was granted their most prestigious honor, the Phoenix Award, which celebrates significant artistic and philanthropic contributions in the community. Last night, the rapper shared a photo of his proclamation on his Instagram account.
On Mar. 22, rapper and Georgia native T.I. was also recognized for his philanthropic endeavors by the Georgia Senate.
This proclamation has been one of many for Meek Mill. Earlier this month, the “Championships” rapper received an entire weekend from his hometown Philly.

He also received the key to Connecticut on March 19 for his criminal justice reform advocacy, which coincided with Mar. 19 being declared “Meek Mill Day” across CT.
