Man Admits To Lying About Cardi B Robbery
In clout-chasing news two men admitted to lying about a Cardi B robbery, Ak Ore Akim’s March 27th Facebook post went viral after he described an incident where he was drugged and went back to a hotel with Cardi, who he said stole $850 in cash, a Louis Vuitton belt and an iPod touch.
Akim wrote that he tried to call Cardi several times but took the L because he didn’t want his fiancee to know what happened. A reader asked about the authenticity of the story and Akim responded, “Nah it was a joke, I aint no sucka…” The original author of the story, Kevin Smith, also denied the story saying, “That’s a fake article. Check the f_____g website. Ya’ll are gullible as f__k.” Cardi has since apologized to fans about the video and says that she isn’t proud of her past but says “I have a past that I can’t change, we all do.” Do you think Akim and Smith changed their story after word of Cardi’s defamation lawsuit against two bloggers?
