Today (Apr. 4), the suspect in Nipsey Hussle’s death was charged with murder.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office stated that Eric Ronald Holder, 29, was charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, reports the Hollywood Reporter.

Holder is being held without bail, and if he is convicted as charged, he faces a possible maximum sentence of life in state prison.

Holder was taken into custody on Apr. 2 in Bellflower, California, which is about 20 miles southeast of LA.

Nipsey Hussle was fatally shot six times in the head and torso on Sunday (Mar. 31) outside of his apparel store Marathon Clothing in South LA.
