Well this is a fun way to start the day. Or end the night? We're not quite clear on that . . .
A 45-year-old woman in Crossville, Tennessee named Sally Selby popped into a Walmart around 4:00 A.M. last Friday to do some shopping.
She decided to use a motorized cart with a basket on the front.
Sally Selby tooled around on the moryorized cart for about 30 minutes.
She then rode it out of the store.
Did a few loops in the parking lot, then drove it onto the HIGHWAY!
Several people called the police to report a woman driving a motorized scooter in the slow lane.
Cops caught up to her and pulled her over.
It turns out she was trying to get to a Waffle House a mile down the road to get some coffee.
It's not clear if she's disabled, or even needed the scooter in the first place.
Sally is now facing theft charges.
