Olga’s Kitchen returning to Downtown Detroit:
It’s been years since Olga’s Kitchen served its famous lamb and beef sandwiches in Detroit. That’s about to change with the opening of a new location downtown.
The Michigan-based restaurant chain will open inside the MGM Grand Detroit Casino this June at the casino’s Breeze Dining Court. Since it’s inside the casino, only patrons 21 and older will be able to dine there. Olga’s closed its last Detroit location inside the Compuware Building in 2015. I had a chance to meet Olga several years ago in Troy. What a story of her life she shared with me It was very compelling.
