Ellen DeGeneres To Continue Hosting Daytime Show

Ellen announced on Tuesday that she signed a deal to continue hosting “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” through 2022.

There were rumors that Ellen was going to end her show in 2020, when her contract was up.

She teased this when announcing her extended contract.

“It’s been a lot of fun and 16 years is a pretty good run. Sometimes in a relationship, you need to take a break. But I don’t. You’re stuck with me. I just signed for three more years,” Ellen said.

Sources say Ellen now has a large ownership stake in the show.

The button is one of several safety features being added to the app, including sexual harrassment training for drivers and larger photos of the license plate number to avoid mix-ups.

The changes come in response to the recent death of Samantha Josephson, the 21-year-old South Carolina woman who was killed after getting into a car she thought was her Uber ride.

Have YOU ever had a bad Uber or Lyft experience? Do YOU think the “panic button” will be a helpful option?

Allen Hughes Makes Deal With Shakur Estate For 5-Part Tupac Documentary

This will be Hughes’ follow-up to his successful HBO Documentary, “The Defiant Ones,” which featured Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre.

This will be the first documentary that has full cooperation from the Shakur estate, which gave Hughes access to all of Tupac’s unreleased songs, poetry, and writings.

Allen Hughes was once assaulted by Tupac in 1993 after the rapper lost the role of “Shariff” in the movie, Menace II Society. Tupac was convicted of assault and battery.
