11 People Dead in Virginia Beach Mass Shooting

At least 11 were killed, and another 6 were hospitalized after a public utilities worker for the city opened fire in a municipal building.
Police Chief James Cervera told reporters Friday night that the shooter is also dead after the man opened fire inside a building he worked in, with one of the wounded being a police officer whose vest stopped a bullet.
