Ray J is now joining the vastly growing cannabis industry.
The singer, reality TV star, and entrepreneur’s new business is called William Ray LA. It focuses on non-traditional marketing strategies in media, music, and entertainment, and will offer services to other growing cannabis companies to assist in expanding their reach, according to TMZ.
The “I Hit It First” singer has invested $5,000,000 in his California-based cannabis business, and the first rollout will feature “Ray Jay’s,” pre-rolled joints.
Other celebrities who have entered the cannabis industry are rapper Jim Jones, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Kevin Durant, and Whoopi Goldberg.
