Make sure you have that AC on!
The National Weather Service said it will feel like 100 degrees in Detroit and has issued a heat advisory for the area and all of Southeast Michigan.
The heat advisory was issued early Friday morning for the greater Detroit area – which includes Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. The advisory went into effect at 10 a.m. and is in place until Friday night at 10pm.
The temperature will hit 91 or 92 but the humidity will make it feel like it’s 95 to 100 degrees.
The National Weather Service wants everyone to keep an eye out for heat exposure: symptoms include being faint or dizzy, excessive sweating, nausea, rapid or weak pulse, and muscle cramps.
