Lufkin police believe that they have identified the woman and she could be under some SERIOUS hot water and charged with the offense of "tampering with consumer goods"which is a second-degree felony in the state of Texas. The state charges carry a possible sentence of 2-20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Plus, federal charges could also appear considering the FDA will look into the incident as well.
Going viral may have just cost this young lady some time behind bars!
