The late Nipsey Hussle’s birthday is almost here, and LAPD is gearing up and bracing for a major turnout at the rapper’s apparel store, The Marathon Clothing, in his honor, reports TMZ.

The slain rapper would have been 34-years-old this year on August 15, and LAPD has the rapper’s birthday marked on its calendar.

They’re planning to have a heavy presence at The Marathon Clothing where the rapper was fatally shot, earlier this year.

Law enforcement anticipates that thousands of fans will show up and pay their respects to Nipsey Hussle on his birthday due to the fact that the Los Angeles rapper was a beloved member of his community.

TMZ claims that their sources said over 100 officers will be in the area, but many of them will be in plain clothes, in an attempt to not come off as threatening.

However, Nipsey Hussle’s family and estate have yet to announce any official plans regarding the “Victory Lap” rapper’s birthday. In April, Nipsey Hussle’s memorial service and funeral procession were both attended by thousands.
