Early Monday morning, A$AP Rocky returned to the stage, following his high-profile Sweden case.
During a festival at the Honda Center Grounds in Anaheim, California, the Harlem rapper performed for the first time since returning the U.S., reports Complex.
“I’m so happy to be here right now,” Rocky told the crowd during his set. “Y’all don’t understand. I’m so happy to be here right now. That was a scary and humbling experience . . . I can’t thank y’all enough.”
Rocky also asked the crowd to make a mosh pit and welcome his guests, ASAP Ferg, Tyler, the Creator, and YG.
Earlier this month, the “Fashion Killa” rapper was released from custody overseas and allowed to leave Sweden until his upcoming verdict in the alleged assault trial, which takes place on August 14.
The festival also had performances by Cardi B and Big Sean.
