On Wednesday (Aug. 28), Birdman and Juvenile took to Instagram to tease a new single they have with Lil Wayne called “Ride Dat,” and, as promised, the new song dropped on Thursday.

“UPTOWN LIVIIN LEGENDS #YMCMB #originalHOTBOYS new music tomorrow @liltunechi @juviethegreat @birdman #RIDETHAT,” Birdman wrote as the caption of his Instagram post, which was a photo of him standing next to Lil Wayne and Juvenile.

The Carl Paul-produced track that was released on Cash Money Records has a classic Uptown feel to it.

Juvenile takes the lead and opens up the track with, “It’s official. /The whistleblowing/ The liquor pouring /We had our issues and differences/We was sick and worn /City ni**a /you think I be down there checking for him.”

“Got the chopper in hand/filthy bi**hes/ bout the money/Alexander the fam/big paper/one side/kept me one in her hand/ real ni**as know the rules/we’ll kill for them bands,” Birdman raps.

Lil Wayne comes through at the end of the track with an autotune assisted rap, following Birdman.
