In honor of Motown’s 60th anniversary, there is new music to be excited about.
Motown has released songs that we haven’t heard from the likes of Stevie Wonder, the Temptations, Diana Ross & the Supremes, Marvin Gaye, the Jackson 5 and Smokey Robinson & the Miracles.
The songs hit streaming and download services on Friday.
All of the music came from 1969 which was an important time in Motown’s history. The tracks have been newly mastered from the original tapes.
There were various reasons on why the songs were never released. The company either wasn’t ready or it was a space issue.
