Chick-fil-A: Clean But Slow?

Chick-fil-A topped a good list and a bad list in separate surveys.
The chicken restaurant was named the cleanest fast food spot but they also had the slowest drive-thru.
As far as cleanliness, Chick-fil-A was followed by In-N-Out Burger, Starbucks, Panera and Culver’s. Chick-fil-A was dinged in a different survey for having the slowest drive-thru. The average wait was 5 minutes, 23 seconds. The long drive-thru times might be because of Chick-fil-A’s growing popularity.
