Chris Brown seems to be celebrating a birth, or at least he’s hinting at it in two new Instagram posts. In one, he’s smiling and looking down, and the caption is “11-20-19” and in the other, he’s wearing a hood that says “BORN” in big letters. Check out the posts below, and read more speculation here.
