A Miami Dolphins ticket holder is more than a little disappointed over the team’s lackluster season.
He’s filing a lawsuit, requesting a refund.
The man has itemized his expenses, four games, including the handling fee, and is asking for $840.50.
He says the storied franchise dropped the ball this year and called it a “poorly managed season.”
A hearing is set for the week of the Super Bowl.
