Julie Miller of Arjay Kentucky is on probation. In other words, part of her sentencing for a criminal matter includes regular drug testing.
Recently, though, when Julie came to the probation office to take her regular drug test, something bizarre came up in the results. The urine sample she provided was not actually human, but from a dog!
When asked by an officer about the urine sample, Julie confessed that she smuggled in some of her dog’s urine and used that as the sample she provided. The reason why she used her dog’s urine instead of her own? She admitted to recently using methamphetamine and suboxone.
Officers charged Miller with one charge of tampering with physical evidence, and a second charge of trafficking an illegal substance.
