We love their food, now you may want to consider a career with Taco Bell!
Taco Bell will pay a $100,000 annual salary for general managers at some of its company-owned stores. That’s more money than I make talking on the damn radio!
Taco Bell described the pay increase as a “test” in “select locations” and will be phased in later this year at some of the roughly 450 corporate-owned Taco Bell stores. Right now, general managers currently earn between $50,000 and $80,000, according to the company.
They say that they’re still in the planning phase and do not have any specific locations confirmed.
Taco Bell is owned by Yum Brands, which also owns Pizza Hut or Taco Bell. Taco Bell’s plans do not involve salaries at the 6,500 Taco Bells run by individual franchise owners, the company said.
Welp, hanging up the headphones! See you at Taco Bell!
