Pistons Player Tests Positive for the Coronavirus

After Utah Jazz players Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell tested positive for the Coronavirus, the Detroit Pistons put themselves under self quarantine..  Now it looks like Christian Wood, who was guarding Rudy Gobert during their March 7th matchup, has tested positive as well.
