Troy police are investigating the theft where someone nabbed $500 in crab legs from the Kroger store at 3125 John R Road in Troy.
Store employees told police they observed a man pushing a cart full of crab legs out of the store without paying for them at about 9:30 a.m. on April 6th. Damn! He got up early to do it too!
An employee approached the man and asked for a receipt. The suspect said that was no problem and he would produce the receipt. Nah fam. He then loaded up the boxes of crab legs and took off in a maroon Chrysler minivan.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 248-524-3443.
No one got a license plate or a description? I bet those crab legs were eaten the same day!
