Mental health experts aren’t surprised as they are overwhelmed with queries about fighting stress and uncertainty. The new lifestyle where we all are stuck in our homes has impacted our sleep, our eating patterns, our activity levels and the most, our mental health.

We all are doing more than we ever did, confined in a limited space. Thus, people are turning to self care help to keep themselves sane. Among other top Googled ideas are ‘how to organize’ and ‘how to stay calm’. Additionally, people have also been looking for ‘How to declutter your home’.
