BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA - MARCH 31: Kendrick Lamar performs during the third day of Lollapalooza Buenos Aires 2019 at Hipodromo de San Isidro on March 31, 2019 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Kendrick Lamar is slated to make his return soon, according to Top Dawg Entertainment CEO,  Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith.

Recently, while on Instagram Live, Top Dawg announced that the wait for new K-Dot music will be over soon.

“Stay patient king Kendrick will return soon,” he wrote in the comment section.

Kendrick Lamar’s last album, DAMN., was released three years ago, and the Compton rapper hasn’t really been in the spotlight since.

Back in March, Lamar launched pgLang, a “multilingual” collective whose mission is storytelling via music, film, books, and television.

Lamar’s DAMN was certified triple platinum and the rapper also won a Pulitzer Prize as well as the Grammy for Best Rap Album.

Back in January, it was reported that Kendrick Lamar’s new forthcoming album was almost complete and may feature “more rock rounds.”
