Happy National Chicken Finger Day!

Fun fact: Chicken fingers were first made and named by the owners and operators of Spanky's in Savannah, Georgia. Thank you, Spanky's!

Here's a super easy recipe for three-ingredient chicken fingers from 365daysofeasyrecipes.com!

3 Ingredient Chicken Fingers (from 365daysofeasyrecipes.com):

What you need:

1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 lbs Chicken breasts boneless, skinless

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Slice the chicken breasts into strips, and put those strips in a bowl. Pour the salad dressing over the chicken strips and coat.

Put the Italian bread crumbs in a pie plate. Coat the chicken breasts with the bread crumbs; then, transfer them to the baking sheet. Leave plenty of room.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Enjoy!
