Milano Speaks Out About Split From Meek Mill
As we previously reported, fans had a lot of say about Meek Mill’s announcement on Sunday (July 26) regarding his split from Milano. “Me and Milano decided to remain friends and build our child as separate parents…we still have mad love for each other but we both came to an understanding!” the Philly rapper wrote on Twitter on Sunday. He later deleted the tweet.
Milano took to Instagram to address the split from the Philly rapper, but she didn’t actually say much regarding the matter. The entrepreneur said she would “never address” her private life, and said to arrest the cops who murdered Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old African-American emergency medical technician who was fatally shot by Louisville Metro Police Department officers Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove on March 13, 2020.
“I’d never address my private life, publicly but I just felt the need to say arrest the cops that killed Breonna Taylor,” Milano wrote on Instagram. Back in May, the former couple welcomed their son, who came into the world on Meek Mill’s 33rd birthday (May 6). “Milano dropped me off a king on my birthday!” Meek Mill said on Twitter of the birth.
A lot of the criticism by Meek Mill’s fans regarding his announcement referenced the fact that Milano chose to keep her and Meek’s relationship private and that Meek “hid” his relationship with her from the world, but decided to make their breakup public. Read Milano’s post below.
