Report: Takeoff Of Migos Being Sued For Rape

Rapper Takeoff of Migos is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for rape, according to TMZ. A woman, who has filed the lawsuit under the name "Jane Doe," accuses him of raping her at a party in Los Angles.

The woman claims that Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, made her extremely uncomfortable at an party back in June before he raped her in the bedroom of the person who she says invited her to the party. The legal documents also say that she claims that he offered her marijuana earlier in the evening, but she declined the offer.

Per TMZ, she claims that the man who invited her to the party got into an altercation with Takeoffl; she went to the host's room the wait for the conflict to die down, and then the rapper entered the room. She says she clearly blocked his advances and assualted her. She says she went right to the hospital where the hospital staff observed the physical evidence of rape, and that the hospital notified the Los Angeles Police Department.

TMZ reports that she's suing for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress and more and wants damages.
