Cobra Kai fans rejoice – In addition to the upcoming third season, the Netflix series is adding a fourth season!
For those of you who haven’t yet seen it, first of all, the series is pretty dang good. As we previously reported, the series features Karate Kid original cast members Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso and William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence. It takes place 30 years after Daniel’s 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament from the original Karate Kid film. In the series, Johnny reopens the Cobra Kai dojo, while Daniel is mourning the loss of Mr. Miyagi.

.Netflix has announced the third season is set for January 8th, 2021. In his own Instagram post, Macchio wrote, “HERE-WE-GO! Season 3 premieres January 8, 2021 only on Netflix!! And Season 4 is officially coming!! #Netflix#CobraKai“
During the upcoming third season, Daniel (Ralph Macchio) contemplates how to move forward after Miguel (Xolo Maridueña) is severely injured during a fight with Robby (Tanner Buchanan) at the end of season two, ending on a pretty dark note.

We can’t wait to see what season 3 and 4 have in store for us!
