The day after the Super Bowl is a big day for hangovers.
After all, after watching the Big Game, eating chips and dip and drinking beer during the entire game, what do you expect? It’s a recipe for a huge hangover, especially if you weren’t hydrated enough. (By the way, that’s a tip: If you’re going to drink, make sure you’re also drinking enough water and are hydrated enough.
