Detroit's Trick Trick is getting the spotlight in "Hip Hop Uncovered," a six-part docuseries kicking off Friday night (Feb. 12) on FX.

Trick Trick will be profiled with a group of other underground hip-hop personalities, including Eugene "Big U" Henley, James “Bimmy” Antney, Debra "Aunt Deb" Antney and Jacques "Haitian Jack" Agnant.

The series will tell Trick Trick's story, from his childhood to the present. Several of Trick Trick's family members will also appear in the series, getting interviewed about his life and rise to fame.

Big-named hip-hop stars such as Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Royce da 5'9" and Wiz Khalifa are also slated to appear in the series, giving their commentary on the featured hip-hop artists.

The series will debut 9 p.m. Friday on FX, and episodes will be available on Hulu the day after they air on FX.
